In the discovery process, we’ll ask important questions about your brand, space size and show requirements, but also your marketing initiatives and the factors you will consider when measuring the success of your event. We want to know what drives your consumer, what messages are most important, and to define expectations with understanding of your timeline and budget.
PLANNING & CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
Once we’ve gathered as many details about your event and needs as we can, we move into concept development, where ideas born out of discovery are dissected and re-assembled into reality. We’ll communicate any possible snags with your wishes, make practical suggestions that fall in line with your budget, and begin to lay the finishing touches on the design concept.
In the design presentation, we’ll walk your team through the flow of your space, the purpose of our design, finishes and any other details reflected in the solution we’ve created for you. We use the latest visualization technology to give you realistic representations of the real-world design – because no one likes surprises on the show floor. Your team can rest assured that what we’ve designed can be built, delivered and installed exactly as it’s presented to you.
